Huons Global said Wednesday that it plans to move its headquarters and R&D center to a new complex in Pangyo, Gyeonggi Province, by 2022.

The company plans to invest 93 billion won ($81.9 million) to construct a 15-story building inside the Gyeonggi Province Pangyo Creative Economy Valley Special Planning Area, also known as I-Square.

After the completion of the new facility and R&D center, the company plans to unite all its businesses into the new compound, including Huons 휴온스, Humedix 휴메딕스, Hubena 휴베나, Huons Medicare 휴온스메디케어, Huons Natural 휴온스내츄럴, Biotopia 바이오토피아 and Panace 파나시. Through the integration, the company aims to become a global healthcare group.

“Through the establishment of the new Pangyo building and R&D center, we expect the welfare of employees to improve,” said Yoon Sung-tae 윤성태, CEO of Huons Global 휴온스 글로벌. “The company also hopes to create synergy within the group.”
