H+ Yangji Hospital

H+ Yangji Hospital, located in Gwanakgu, Seoul, will open an international hospital called H+ Yangji International Hospital to treat foreigners and raise cooperative efforts with foreign medical staff.

"We will do our best to tailor our services to foreign patients with the treatment and operation know-how of H+ Yangji hospital, collaborative treatment center for foreign patients, and one-stop patient care service,” said H+ Yangji Hospital Director Kim Sang-il.

The hospital said it would provide advanced diagnostic services to foreign patients with a system that fosters collaboration between specialized centers such as their digestive center and spinal joint center.

A customized health checkup tailored to foreigners is also available, it added.

The hospital noted that it has been popular with Russians, getting around five to seven patients from Russia a day.

To further strengthen its medical competency, the hospital said it would also work toward working with foreign medical staff from countries such as Russia, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), and Mongol.

The hospital said it struck medical cooperation agreements with two hospitals in Mongol while running training programs for doctors from Mongol and Kazakhstan.
